These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Landora OS, including our websites, dashboards, APIs, communications, and platform workflows. By accessing or using Landora OS, you agree to comply with these terms and any applicable policies referenced within them.

1. Platform Scope

Landora OS provides software, property discovery interfaces, communication tools, workflow management, and transaction-supporting services for real estate participants. Certain services may be role-specific and may change as the platform evolves.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your credentials, and ensure that activities under your account are authorized. You are responsible for all actions taken through your account unless prohibited by law.

3. Listing Integrity and Content Standards

You may only publish, manage, or promote properties and related information that you are authorized to represent. Listings, media, descriptions, documents, and communications must be accurate, current, and not misleading. Landora OS may remove, limit, or review content that creates trust, safety, fraud, compliance, or operational risk.

4. Communications and Notifications

Landora OS may send operational, transactional, security, and policy-related communications. Marketing communications are managed separately and may be subject to opt-in or preference controls where required.

5. Fees, Plans, and Commercial Terms

Some services may be subject to subscription fees, service charges, promotional terms, or negotiated commercial arrangements. Unless otherwise stated, paid features renew or continue according to the commercial plan attached to the relevant account or workspace.

6. Compliance, Verification, and Risk Controls

We may request information, documents, or additional verification to support trust, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or operational review. We may suspend or restrict access where verification is incomplete, where risk signals are elevated, or where use of the platform may expose users or the platform to harm.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Publishing false, deceptive, duplicate, or unauthorized listings or documents.
  • Attempting to bypass platform controls, permissions, or payment rules.
  • Using the service for unlawful activity, abuse, harassment, or fraud.
  • Copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the platform except where explicitly allowed by law.
  • Misusing messaging, notification, or campaign tools.

8. Suspension and Termination

Landora OS may suspend, limit, or terminate access where necessary to protect users, maintain service integrity, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Except where otherwise stated, the platform, interfaces, brand assets, software, workflows, and supporting materials remain the property of Landora OS or its licensors. You retain rights in content you lawfully submit, subject to the permissions needed for us to host, process, display, and operate the service.

10. Liability and Service Availability

Landora OS is provided on an as-available basis. We work to maintain reliability and trust, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, third-party service availability, or transaction outcomes between users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use to reflect operational, legal, product, or security changes. Material updates may be communicated through platform notices, email, or account-level notifications.
